Aims and Objects

The Bachelor of Ayurved Medicine and Surgery aims at producing graduates having profound knowledge of Ayurved, supplemented with knowledge of scientific advances in modern medicine along with extensive practical training.

After completion, graduates will become efficient physicians and surgeons fully competent to cater health care services to society.

Admission Qualification

Candidates must have passed 12th standard with Science (PCB) or any other equivalent examination recognized by concerned State Governments and Education Boards.

The candidate must pass the examination with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. General Category requires 50% marks, while SC / ST / physically handicapped candidates require 45% marks.

NEET is compulsory. Foreign students will be admitted with equivalent qualification only after approval of Uttarakhand Ayurved University.
